An extension of Bungalow Hotel in Long Branch, NJ, Bungalounge serves as a gathering space for the community and a rotating local art gallery.
An oasis for culture on the Shore.
A converted ice cream shop located inside Bungalow’s lobby, Bungalounge serves as a bar and lounge as well as a private events space, designed by local photographer and artist, Nicole Cohen. A large-scale mural designed by NYC visual artist, Lena Hawkins, is a permanent installation behind the bar.
Bungalounge captures the essence of the community, featuring a quarterly rotating art gallery by local artists, as well as regular local entertainment from musicians to poetry readings. The capacity is up to 75 people, and 150 people inclusive with the hotel lobby.
We organize and commission local art installations, and are also open to proposals from artists, galleries, and organizations. Please follow this link to submit.
